Premier Futon Mattress, BLACK I've been using this futon mattress regularly for about a month. The quality is decent for the price. It is much softer than more expensive futon mattress probably because this mattress is less dense. It is a bit too soft for my preference, but it works fine as a futon sofa for occasional guests. I wanted to eliminate the box spring on my bed and obtain some under bed storage for the personal things cluttering the room that didn't necessarily appeal to my wife. This frame did it, modularity made it easy (read light enough to get upstairs) and assembled it in about twenty minutes. LUCID by LinenSpa 8" Memory Foam Firm Viscoelastic Mattress 20-Year Warranty, Full During the time that we spent shopping for a mattress for our three year old we were unable to find a mattress that fit within the budget and met the level of quality that we expected. We hadn't considered buying a mattress online because of the size of a traditional mattress we imagined the shipping would be very expensive. A friend mentioned looking online and we found the "lucid" mattress and were pleased to see that there was a promotion for free shipping. I expected the box to be much larger than it was, when it arrived I thought that maybe I had accidentally ordered the wrong mattress but I was pleased to see that once we opened it up, it expanded to the size I had expected. In terms of comfort the bed is very nice, we will likely purchase this type of mattress again in the future as the need arises. We give it an A+ for comfort and quality! We also bought the "Highrise" bed base to put under the mattress, the additional space savings that come from not having a box spring are great. It comes pre-assembled and was very easy to set up. I don;t know if it is completely 12 inches wide yet, but I have been sleeping better with each passing day.. I like it so far, though the first new nights , I did wake up a few times. It had a peculiar smell which seems to be fading off now. I know other reviewers didnt sleep on it on day 1, but I did as I had no where else to sleep (LOL)I like the nice mattress cover on it.and it's not very plush or very firm. I prefer more on the plush side than firm, but I have been sleeping better so.... Since then I've been sleeping on it every night. It took a little time to get used to, but since then it's been terrific. It is EXTREMELY comfortable and has completely eliminated the shoulder pain I have often experienced because I'm a side sleeper. I would recommend this memory foam mattress to ANYONE who is shopping for a mattress. When I bought this mattress I also bought a bed frame that works as a bed spring and it was unbelievably easy to assemble and works great with this mattress. DaVinci Richmond Changer Chest, Cherry (Baby Product) We received this about 2 months ago to go with our DaVinci Crib in Cherry. I noticed that it is a slightly lighter cherry color than the crib, and not manufactured by the same company. Even though it says Davinci, they were made by two different companies. I do love the size however, and it makes for a great changing table with a changing pad on it with room for a little basket of accessories. It's the perfect size for a smaller nursery. I did not give it 5 stars because as others have said, it is not easy to put together. The directions are quite confusing. DaVinci Richmond Changer Chest, Cherry (Baby Product) We bought this to match our crib. The color was a little off. Good thing my husband put this together very difficult and he said the directions were hard to follow. Piece on the bottom broke off while he was putting it together..

Because I have arthritis, some nights it's hard to sleep because of the pain. I've long wanted to get a memory foam mattress but have steered clear because they can get very hot. Since I'm also going through menopause, I don't need my mattress to heat things up even more. To add to my nighttime discomfort, I'm also allergic to dust mites. It's a wonder I get any sleep at all. This mattress takes care of all my hesitations about having a memory foam mattress. The top 3" layer allows for air circulation so I don't get overheated - check. It's hypoallergenic and resistant to dust mites (no more itching) - check. My achy joints sink right in and feel like they're surrounded by a cloud - no, seriously, it's true. No more restless nights tossing and turning because of the pain - check. Since I didn't have a place to put the bed for 48 hours while waiting for it to expand in size, I unwrapped it in the morning before I left for work and put it on top of my existing bed. By the time I was ready for bed that night it expanded to its full size. We then had a record breaking heat wave, but I did not wake up hot at night. It's so comfortable that I'm having trouble getting out of bed in the morning. .

Sleep Innovations 12-inch Sure Temp Memory Foam Mattress (Kitchen) We have slept on this mattress for 3 nights, and found that everything said about it in the product description is true, except for one thing: There is no cool comfort. This mattress gets roasting hot after a few hours of sleeping on it. Yes, it's August, but we live in Idaho and it gets chilly at night. Plus, we are both cold sleepers. Waking up in the middle of the night and having to get out of bed because it's too hot is a new and unpleasant experience for us. There is really no way to send this product back, so we are stuck with it. We called Sleep Innovations and asked them to explain what they meant by marketing this as "Sure Temp." They assured us that the foam is open cell and does not trap heat. Buyer beware. The only way I can think to remedy the problem is to put a thick mattress pad on top, maybe of wool, to keep the foam from getting too hot. Otherwise, it's very comfortable to sleep on. We don't hurt when we get up in the morning. .
