Graco LiteRider Stroller, Lively Dots

Graco LiteRider Stroller (Baby Product) This stroller is convenient because the car seat attaches right on the child's tray, so for your younger infant there is no need to take the baby in and out of the car seat. It also has plenty of space for drinks, snacks, cell phone, or keys. However, I am now looking for a better stroller. This one does not steer well. It is difficult to steer with two hands, and you can forget trying to talk on your cell phone or sip coffee while maneuvering this stroller. The front wheels always seem to be jamming up. The seat with only 2-position recline is not adequate. The harness is made of thin straps that my toddler has discovered how to wriggle almost completely out of. After 21 months of light use this stroller is ready for the trash. We have basically used it for mall shopping, and it's a good thing because I can't imagine trying to steer it on a rough surface. The canopy has ripped along one side and is separating from the body of the stroller. I bought this one because it had lots of coordinating pieces, and I thought I was getting a real bargain at the price. But now I have to purchase another more expensive stroller since this one didn't hold up. .

Contours Options 3 Wheeler Stroller II, Cinnamon

Contours Options 3 Wheeler Stroller II, Cinnamon (Baby Product) My husband and I are first time parents and debated on what we really wanted in a stroller. We are people that really like quality and most of the time see that it's better to spend more money to get something of better quality. However, we decided that we would save a couple hundred dollars and try out this stroller... I think it was a great choice. Our baby just turned 3 months old and this stroller has already seen several miles. It is smooth to operate, turns great, and very comfortable. We liked that it came with the car seat attachment- however... she was fine to sit in the seat (layed back) at about 6 weeks. The basket underneath is large and it folds very easily. We are very glad we saved the extra money and purchased this item... .

Abiie G2G BabyDeck Stroller, Lime Green

Abiie G2G BabyDeck Stroller, Fuchsia Red (Baby Product) This is such a great stroller. I'm floored! Needed a new stroller since my old one for my firstborn is broken. I was thinking of a Chico Cortina, but when my good friend suggested Abiie, I researched. I had my doubts of buying this stroller, since it is not a brand that I'm familiar with. Didn't know how good the quality is? Since the price is within budget and the fact that it comes with all the bells and whistles that I am looking for, I went ahead and bought it. When I got it, I'm impressed... First of all... when I pull it out of the box, it is so light! Much, much lighter than Chico! I can't believe it! I quickly check to make sure it fits my baby carrier... and it does, perfectly! After a quick assembly, I checked all the features. It's got: -adjustable handles fitting my 5'5" and hubbies 6'; -lots of storage space at the bottom and the back of stroller; -full size canopy!!; -wheels are good; -the child tray does opens to the side; -and it's got a padded platform to change my babies' diaper... what a neat thing to have! oh, and a little compartment underneath! #p.s. The platform is under the seat. To open, you have to press on a latch at the inside seam... took me awhile to figure that out... it would help if I read the manual, or look at the box! Instruction's is on the box..) For the price I pay, the stroller is worth every penny. I am an outdoor, frequently on the 'go' parent that need a very practical stroller. For those mommies that are like me, it stroller is a catch. A+. [...] .

UPPAbaby Vista Stroller, Black Jake

UPPAbaby Vista Stroller, Red Denny (Baby Product) This is the first review I have ever written for anything but I really wanted to communicate my experience with this stroller. First, as another reviewer mentioned, when selecting a stroller make sure you read reviews from parents with a couple months/years experience with the product- not expectant moms and dads. I made that mistake. I also went and tested the stroller myself at a store while I was expecting and loved it. It is beautiful, eco-friendly, has a great basket, pretty colors and drives really well. Now that I have a three month old I realize that this stroller does not fit our needs. It is a shame that I spent all of that money (plus bought attachments and the travel bag) and I am considering selling it. For my review I would like to point out that I live on an island with poor sidewalks, strong sun and high humidity. I am not going to tear the stroller apart, but there are some things I think you should know before buying this stroller. What I liked: This pram attachment is excellent for an infant. It is flat and this is recommended for a young spine. Plus at that age they are napping so often it is great to have such easy access to a flat surface. We used this to take walks and even around the house. I was also able to navigate it (without my husband) to the beach! There is a great basket under the stroller that will hold a ton of stuff. I loaded it with all of my beach gear including a beach chair and umbrella tucked underneath and the basket worked great. The wheels handled the slightly packed sand very well. (not the super fine sand by the dunes, but please show me a stroller without an engine that would do that!) The tires have been great. I also can navigate stores very well. The turning radius has been a pleasure and I am not worried to go into a china shop with my Uppababy. The pram mattress is soft and firm for an infant and the pram top will come down to get a better look for the baby. I purchased the 2009 model and wish it had more sun protection. I have read the 2010 has an extended sun shield. In my case, I was able to buy a $15 sun shield to tie onto the frame for added protection. There is also a handle on the top of the pram that allows parents to hang a toy or mobile. I did not realize how handy this would be as an expectant mom, but after Patrick arrived, we loved it because he enjoyed looking at the chimes we hung for him. The fabric on the mattress was organic which is nice, but it was very hot for our climate. A standard cotton pillow case fit very nicely over the mattress and was cooler for our son. Overall I have great things to say about the stroller while you are using the pram attachment. The problem is, your baby will only be in this attachment for a couple months. My son was 10 pounds at birth and grew appropriately for his size. Therefore, he outgrew the pram within 10-11 weeks. At this point, I moved him into the attachment for the older child. This is where I started wishing I would have done more research about the Vista. Before I go on, I would like to point out that my attachment was broken and I did not realize it until we started to use it. I called Uppababy and they have been great about getting me a replacement frame for the older child attachment- no questions asked. Excellent customer service! What I am not so crazy about: The stroller attachment for the older child will be used much longer than the pram, so I should have investigated this more thoroughly. In addition, I planned to buy the rumble seat and use this with my next child, but you can not use the rumble seat and pram together, so for baby #2, I may not even use the pram. This is upsetting because this was my favorite part of this stroller investment. So back to the the stroller attachment... The biggest problem that I did not think about as an expectant mom was that the seat never goes flat. Why is this important? Three reasons. 1.) My son's spine and back muscles are still not strong enough to support him upright at 10 weeks. Even the reclined position it too high for him and he falls over. He looks so uncomfortable. He is too big for the pram and too small for the stroller. 2.) If you are out and need to change a diaper or clothing, it would be very convenient to have a fully reclined chair that you can use to change your baby. The Uppababy does not fully recline because the child's legs are at a 90 degree angle so it is really hard/unsafe to change in the stroller. With the Uppababy I have to take the baby out and find a location to change him- sometimes when you are out and about, this can be a challenge. 3.) One tip I picked up from reading about sleeping babies is to always put their down first when you are transferring them while they are sleeping.(Expectant parents-remember this!) In other words if your child is asleep in your arms and you go to put him/her down, put them down feet first.

phil&teds Smart Buggy Bassinet

phil&teds Smart Buggy Bassinet and Stroller Bundle, Black (Baby Product) I purchased the Smart Buggy Stroller and Peanut Bassinet bundle when my baby was 3 months old. I thought we might use the bassinet as a place for her to sleep when we travel, but it's very narrow and constricts her arms, so we probably won't use it at all. That said, she's big for her age, and I'm sure the bassinet would have seen plenty of use if I had purchased the stroller when she was a newborn. Given her age/size, I wish I had just purchased the stroller with the verso adaptor. I bought the verso adaptor separately, so that she can face me, and so far I'm loving it. It's the perfect size for my height (5'4), it's small enough to wheel up to the table at a restaurant without feeling rude (and the baby is seated high enough to engage with us), and it's very easy to maneuver in the city (it's hard not to feel smug when you zip past mothers with bulkier strollers). Other reviewers have complained about the shocks--it's not a bump-free ride, but my baby doesn't seem to mind. It's very easy to steer and quite compact. My 6 foot husband likes it, too, but he does hunch over a bit when he pushes (but he doesn't use it nearly as often as me). I'm taking off a star because you have to purchase two key accessories to make it usable (the verso adaptor, as well as the "cushy ride" seat cushion to make the seat comfortable). I'm tempted to take off another star, because I have a feeling we'll be purchasing a new stroller when she's about a year old--at some point we'll probably want a fully-reclining stroller for naps and diaper changes (she falls asleep in it the verso position for now, but it has less of a recline when it's forward-facing)--however, I've had such a good experience with it so far that I can't bear to give it less than 4 stars. Overall I'd recommend it if you want a compact stroller for the city that is easy to maneuver in stores and restaurants, if you want your baby to face you and be high up, and if you're petit. (I was convinced I wanted the UppaBaby Vista until I tried it out in the store--it's so big that I just looked ridiculous behind it!) .

Mia Moda Atmosferra Full Sized Stroller, Gray

Mia Moda Atmosferra Stroller (Baby Product) I live on the Island of Oahu and looked EVERYWHERE for this stroller after reading the reviews online. I am so glad I found it. My husband and I aren't short people (I'm 5'10 and he's 6 ft) So I didn't want a little dinky stroller to hunch over while I pushed it. This one has the extending handle which I LOVE and makes it super comfy to push. The main reason I bought this was because it can face me while I push it, not a lot of strollers (under $400) do this. The seat also reclines back completely flat which my 5 month old seems to love. Putting the stroller together out of the box was also easy. Just read the directions and snap it all in place. No tools required. There are two things about it that I'd have to place in the "cons" catagory. #1 is it is a beast to fold up. I'm going to be patient with it but it is pretty difficult. #2 is for the money I paid ($280 here in Hawaii ON SALE) I'm kind of disappointed in the paint job. You can really see where it was welded together and it doesn't look like it was smoothed at all. Looks messy in those few areas. Other than those two minor issues, I love this thing. I'll be keeping it for a long time. So glad I found it here! .

Dream On Me High Fashion Stroller

Dream On Me High Fashion Stroller with Ultra large Hood, Pink (Baby Product) I had some reservations about purchasing a stroller that wasn't a recognized brand. I have now had it for like a month... and I love it! The canopy is giant, and the stroller is very light and pretty easy to fold after you get it the first time. The colors are as vibrant as they look in the picture... and the basket underneath looks small, but it can hold my purse with both of my kids' stuff in it. It's perfect for what it was made for: a lightweight stroller for an outing with your kids in which you don't need to hold tons of stuff. I like it, and (more importantly) my kids love it. Dream On Me High Fashion Stroller with Ultra large Hood, Pink (Baby Product) This stroller is beautiful......but looks are deceiving. I bought this stroller for my 3rd child,so I have used many different strollers. The stroller was super heavy, felt like a large stroller..

Phil & Ted's Classic Buggy Single Stroller

Phil and Teds Classic Stroller, Black/Charcoal (Baby Product) Disclaimer: Let me say straight off that I never owned this stroller, however, I did go to Albee strollers in the upper west side to test it. I was unable to take it off the shelf by myself because it was so heavy, and I found that unfolding it requires actually taking it apart, to some extent, especially when the extra seat is on in the back. It is certainly not a stroller that you want to use if you live in a small apartment with limited storage space, a walk up without an elevator, or anything you'd want to take on the bus or the subway. I can't reliably say how it perform other than that, but would seem difficult for me to justify the expense on a stroller that, based on my lifestyle, has limited versatility. .
